When will my downloads unlock?
Use the email from your paid CineQ Album Pro order, verify your account email if prompted, and request approval. Downloads open after CineQ Pro approves your request.
Where do future updates appear?
New installers and data packs appear in Downloads and Updates. Each release includes its version, size and release notes.
Why is a release marked as demo?
It is a preview entry. CineQ Pro will publish the actual software or data link when it is ready.

Use the same email and password here. You do not need a second account.
Is this my software activation?
This portal manages purchase approval and downloads. Software activation and device licensing are handled separately by CineQ Pro.
